GENERAL RESOURCES

 

The Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) provides information and referral services for all aspects of health care including hospice palliative care as well as providing in-home end-of-life care in the Eastern Counties.

Bilingual, trained staff are available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to respond to requests for information and referral.
